Our founder Kristina is a life long self-improver who is truly passionate about making sure everything we do at Hirsch is done correctly and to the highest standards.  Tirelessly finding ways to improve the quality of our products and the service to our customers is Kristina's everyday mission.

Kristina gets deeply involved in the process of bringing Hirsch products to market and loves nothing more than a complex operational or production problem to solve.

Living with her family in Scotland, Kristina loves spending time in nature and puts much value in sourcing the most nutritious food for her family.
