Great product and company. First purchased for my university age daughter who had suffered very noticeable and distressing hair loss due to exam stress and poor student diet. She has now been taking the liver capsules for approx. a year and her hair has grown back to its former glory as evidenced by the fact that a hairdresser commented yesterday that my daughter had the most unbelievably thick hair. I started taking these during and post chemotherapy. They have really helped with recovering and increasing my energy levels and fitness. Everyone is saying how quick, thick, darker and less grey my hair has grown back and I tell them its the beef liver. I am mostly vegetarian and this gives me all the nutrients I might otherwise be missing. This is my second bottle I am going through. I have to say that I have roughly beginning with beef cover supplements - I started immediately on 6 tablets but my body reacted quickly and not so good so I reduced the intake to 2 and then increased it to 6 slowly.
