I started taking these tablets to help with my low iron levels and to top up my protein intake as I don't eat much meat. My Husband has red blood leukaemia, was a vegetarian for over 40yrs a vegan for 1yr, diet on both left him inflamed, gut probs, exhaustion & more..went on a carnivore diet plus dairy.. no veggies or fruit as shop brought full of chemicals so growing my own over winter to see if they’re better for him, he won’t eat beef or lamb so these supplements have helped reduce inflammation so less pain, brain fog from chemo tabs has gone & energy better..he's driven first time in over a year, he’s still only on two a day as I am as budget allows but definitely would recommend.

I’ve been taking this supplement for a couple of months now and I have been very pleasantly surprised how much better I’m feeling. It took a while for me to build up to a full dose as I have to be cautious gut-wise with any new supplement. In the past I’ve had unpleasant histamine symptoms especially at this time of year, frequent headaches, etc and now I’m mostly symptom free.
